Pie delivery in Singapore has changed a lot since the food-delivery boom of 2020 and 2021. Many listicles from that period quote fees and platforms that no longer apply, including Deliveroo, which stopped operating here in March 2026. This overview uses sellers’ own current terms wherever we could find them.
How pie delivery works in Singapore
There are three routes:
- Seller’s own website. The best route for whole pies and bulk orders. Most specialists charge a flat or distance-based fee and waive it above a threshold. Orders usually need advance notice.
- Delivery platforms. GrabFood and foodpanda (plus GrabMart for some bakeries) suit small, same-day orders. Expect platform fees and sometimes higher menu prices.
- Storefront services. Some bakers, such as Elijah Pies, run ordering through services like Oddle.
The pattern across specialist bakers is clear: free-delivery thresholds cluster at $150 to $200, and flat fees run $15 to $28. For a buyer’s view of the same market, with minimum orders and lead times laid side by side, see Don Pie Shop’s delivery guide.

Which pies travel best?
Shepherd’s pies and other mash-topped trays travel best, because there is no pastry lid to go soft. Whole sweet pies in boxes travel well if kept flat and cool. Personal flaky pies suffer most in transit: steam softens the crust. Plan to re-crisp them in an oven or air fryer before serving; this tested guide to how to reheat chicken pie in the oven, air fryer or microwave gives settings for each.

Food safety on arrival
Singapore’s heat makes timing important. The Singapore Food Agency describes the temperature danger zone for food as 5C to 60C. Pies delivered at room temperature should be eaten within two hours or refrigerated. Reheat savoury pies until piping hot in the centre; our storage and reheating guide has times and temperatures.
Getting the best value from delivery
- Pool orders with colleagues or family to clear the threshold; our pie price guide shows how much a delivery fee adds to a single pie.
- Order frozen when the seller offers it, so a large order lasts.
- Collect if you are passing; some sellers discount self-collection.
- Order ahead for December. Festive periods raise thresholds (Marymount goes to $380) and fill delivery slots.

Questions people ask
Which pie shops deliver islandwide in Singapore?
As of October 2026, Polar, Kopi & Tarts, Windowsill Pies, Elijah Pies, The Shepherd's Pie, Marymount Bakehouse, Bake Mission and Chicken Pie Kitchen all deliver islandwide from their own sites. Fees and free-delivery thresholds differ; see the comparison table.
Does Deliveroo still deliver pies in Singapore?
No. Deliveroo stopped operating in Singapore after 4 March 2026. GrabFood, foodpanda, sellers' own websites and storefront services such as Oddle are the live options.
How far ahead should I order pies for delivery?
Allow at least three days for whole sweet pies from Windowsill, about five days for Polar party boxes, and a day or two for most savoury specialists. Elijah Pies advertises same-day delivery. Order earlier in December.
Can I get one pie delivered?
Yes, through GrabFood or foodpanda from sellers listed there, such as Han's, Délifrance and Tiong Bahru Bakery. Ordering a single pie directly from a specialist rarely makes sense, because delivery fees of $15 or more cost more than the pie.
Do pies arrive hot?
Usually not. Many sellers deliver pies at room temperature or chilled, and some party minis arrive cold for reheating. Eat within two hours or refrigerate, then reheat until piping hot.
